Having grown up a military child, Tess Himelspach is currently setting her own path as a student at Barnard College of Columbia University. Having spent the past several years interested in STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) fields ranging from Earth systems science to physics, she speaks about her life as a STEM major in college, and some of the ambitions she has going towards the future.
