Educational Inspiration

Having just earned his doctorate degree with Virginia Commonwealth University, where he also serves as an Assistant Dean of Students, first-generation college student Dr. Fred Tugas came on to the station to speak about his educational journey, the inspiration that his professors provided him as a student, and the role that he sees himself taking within the college environment.

• Dr. Fred Tugas currently serves as Assistant Dean of Students at Virginia Commonwealth University and is a Gallup Clifton Strengths Certified Coach.
