Sarah Thaman is a DePaul University double Demon and recently graduated in June with her MA in PRAD after graduating last June with a BA in PRAD. She just wrapped up her position as the Event Planner for the College of Communications and has previous experience interning at boutique public relation agencies in both Chicago and St. Louis. Sarah has helped plan events such as the Golden Trumpets and The Center for Journalism Integrity & Excellence Awards. Sarah also has been a part of DePaul PRSSA for the last 3 years and acted as the conference director for PR eLevated and PRess Play (PRSSA Midwest District Conference, 2023 and 2024) and acted as the chapter president during the 2023-2024 school year. She was awarded the Gold Key by PRSSA nationals for her dedication to the organization. Sarah current goal is to continue to practice her passion for event planning and be a catalyst sparking connection through creative events and endeavors.
