Reed is a final-year student at the University of Leicester studying a degree in history and politics, with a year studying abroad in the United States. Having previously worked as a Labour Party trainee organiser in the UK and for Congressman Mike Levin in the US, Reed has a wide degree of experience in political activism. Previously, Reed worked as the Finance Director for Old Dominion University Student Government Association and is currently a student leader at his university as the Community and Wellbeing Officer elect.
