Joeyce García Burgos is a sophomore at Universidad del Sagrado Corazón in Puerto Rico. She is currently majoring in Strategic Communications with a minor in public relations. Since 2023, she has served as the president of her university’s PRSSA Chapter. Joeyce has also dabbled in different efforts that work towards uplifting her community. These efforts include collaborating with local organizations on articles that bring awareness to the contributions of the Dominican population of Santurce.
